Shipping policy & Arrival Information:
After you have made an order, your item will ship no later than 3 to 5 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent to every customer if shipping late. When an order ships late, someone from our customer service department will contact you promptly to explain the situation.
We provide free replacements for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Refund and return policy:
We have a no-cancellation policy in our shop. All sales are final. We only accept returns for defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will require inspection before we issue any refund or exchange. Defective merchandise must be returned promptly for inspection.
We will not use, sell or redistribute ANY of your personal information.
